Return Policy

📬 Returns for Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • brand new condition
  • and tags must be intact
  • unworn, unwashed, and free of damage or alterations
  • restocking fee will apply
  • return shipping

Please note: If a returned bikini is not received in brand new condition, your return will not be approved and the item will be sent back to you.

To initiate a return, contact us at swimbylucaine@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing swimbylucaine@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for store credit and place a new order once the credit is issued.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
